All State Run Grand Champion Rules

All State Run Grand Champion / Overall Champion rules

There has been discussion about what rules apply to be eligible to win either the ‘Grand Champion’ or ‘Overall Champion’ awards at the ASR. Below are brief definitions of both awards:

All State Run ‘Grand Champion’ – highest award for the ASR. To be eligible to win the Grand Champion award, the vehicle CANNOT be trailered to the ASR. The GC is a separate category on the voting form and is voted on by entrants only (peer judged) from the show ‘n shine. The GC car is then ruled out from winning any other Show & Shine award/s. The vehicle must also participate in at least one of the driving events (can be only one event or it can be all of them) and can be driven at whatever pace the owner wants ie. can be cruising, can be competitive.

‘Overall Champion’ - This vehicle CAN be trailered to the ASR. Points to win this award are awarded from individual award/s from the show ‘n shine as well as from results from driving events. The vehicle with the most points overall, is the winner.
